CERTIFIED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our constant search for excellence was awarded in 1996 with the coveted official international Quality System Certification in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9002 standards. The certification ensures and guarantees Clients and Consumers that all phases of the production and distribution process have been subjected to and conform to precise rules, procedures and controls. In July 2002 the Quality Management System Certification of the company was renewed in line with the new ISO 9001:2000 standards. This important recognition represents a further commitment on the part of the company to maintain and improve still further the high standards that have already been achieved. The certification has been obtained with respect to the following scope of supply: “Design, production and sale of roasted coffee. Trade of complementary products bearing our own trademark. After-sales services”.

CERTIFIED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
One result of the company's mission to pursue a policy of constant improvement with a view to customer satisfaction and the prevention of pollution came in November 2002 together with the Quality Management System. Essse Caffè is firmly convinced of the need to conserve the environment by using technologies with a low environmental impact that respect the local area and existing legislation. The certification has been obtained with respect to the following operational scope: “Design, development and production of roasted coffee through: storage and roasting of green coffee, cooling, warehousing and packaging of roasted coffee.”

THE PRODUCT IS CERTIFIED
Essse Caffè has participated since 1998 in the National Italian Espresso Institute (I.N.E.I.) through which it has already been certified for the professional use of blends according to the strict Technical Regulation Number 008, for express coffee brands labeled ESPRESSO ITALIANO.

Essse Caffè comunica con grande piacere l'esito positivo delle visite di certificazione secondo la normativa BS OHSAS 18001 - salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori - che si sono svolte nelle giornate del 24 maggio e 25 maggio presso i depositi di CADRIANO, FERRARA, FORLI e RIMINI e la sede centrale.
