LA CLASSE DI ESSSE
OUR TRAINING CENTRE FOR PROFESSIONAL COFFEE BARTENDERS IS OPENING!!!
The classrooms of the “La classe di Essse” learning centre feature specialization courses, ranging from the art of coffee to how to market a coffee bar, organized in modules to enable students to achieve excellence in coffee bartending, and to make drinking a cup of coffee a particularly enjoyable experience for the consumer. The building where “La classe di Essse” is held is recent and was designed as a learning centre. The rooms, fitted with modern equipment foster the exchange of both theoretical and practical information. A technology area has also been set up in order to explore theoretical concepts while a long, active bar-counter enables actual practice to be conducted.

THE SKILLED COFFEE BARTENDER STANDS OUT
Taking part in “La classe di Essse” courses means acquiring the skill, style and service that underpin global quality which is always recognised and appreciated by the customer. The function of the school is to pass on the heritage of Essse’s skills to the bartenders who, by virtue of their role, come into contact with the consumer and contribute to spreading the culture of good coffee.
The courses tackle the entire world of coffee, starting with an introduction to the raw material and then, through successive modules, to examining other aspects, from the blending and equipment up to how to market a commercial enterprise. Each bartender who completes a cycle of lessons gets a qualifying diploma and is inducted into a group of experts on the quality of Italian espresso coffee who is continually updated and becomes a reference point for Essse Caffè.

THE COURSES AND THE VARIOUS SECTIONS OF SPECIALIZATION
The first thing a customer demands from a coffee bar is assuredly to enjoy a good cup of espresso coffee. However, those who manage a coffee bar well know that constant improvement is required in order to provide excellent service. This is true for all professions, in particular those involving contact with the public. Knowledge of the product, management and optimization of human resources, psychology and customer relations, administration, marketing and the techniques of setting up promotional material in the bar are just some of the subjects dealt with in the modules for improving the organization of one’s coffee bar. The end of each training course brings the awareness of heightened professional skills that consumers recognize and appreciate within what the coffee bar has to offer overall.
All the courses in the various sections are held by qualified staff from within Essse Caffè S.p.A. and by external teachers from the Food & Beverage industry.
